From rappelling down Venezuela’s Angel Falls as a teenager alongside legendary filmmaker Adrian Warren to crafting compelling narratives for global travel brands, my journey has been defined by authentic experiences and the stories they create.

With a First-Class Honours degree in Geography and decades of hands-on experience in the travel industry, I bridge the gap between wanderlust and strategic communication. As founder of Conosur Creative, I bring together my multifaceted background as an adventurer, communicator, and digital strategist to deliver travel copy with genuine human insight.

Professional Background

My career spans the breadth of the travel and communications landscape. I’ve worked with leading tour operators across Europe and South America, managing both inbound and outbound operations, which has given me intimate knowledge of what truly resonates with travellers. As an Account Director for a prominent B2B PR company in the UK, I honed my skills in strategic communication and brand storytelling.
I’m an accredited member of the National Union of Journalists (NUJ) and author of a book on finding employment globally—practical expertise born from my own international career journey. My work as an active blogger and former radio presenter has sharpened my ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity and impact. I speak Spanish, Italian and English at mother tongue level and I am a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society and of Royal Society of Arts and Manufacturing.
